Government Stimulus 3.0

The Government announcement of relief to real estate builders and home owner buyers under section 43CA of income tax act for difference between the registrar value and sale value up to 20 % is only a limited relief. Our Government should know the fact that in this unprecedented pandemic the high middle class business are badly affected and such restriction creates a narrow and rigid thought of the government.
Similar instance has been noticed in waiver of interest on interest case where monetary limit ceiling was announced upto 2 crores, so our government should think in a wider perspective to grace the benefit to higher number of mass rather than handful of people and should boost the morale of entrepreneurs with innovation ideas  to carry forward  our country  from a developing to a developed nation.
